I'm hoping they do good work but the owner lost a $20k sale cause he wants to be realistic rather than hear me out. People will pay what they want for their car but not everyone wants to penny pinch, especially when it's sentimental. Bill(not the owner) sounded like he was willing to help so props to him

Jim and Bill are exceptional people. Took my GLE 350 for service and not only did the job get done in a timely manner, reasonably priced, they went above and beyond what was required. I HIGHLY recommend Import Automotive Repair. I'm definitely having all future work done here !!!

Joe and his team are outstanding. I've been bringing my vehicles here for years and thanks to these guys, my last 3 cars (used Mercedes SUV's) have made it to 250,000 miles. The best thing about this shop is you can trust them. They tell you exactly what you need and don't need and why.

My car started making clunky mechanical noises and I couldn’t find a shop that was willing to look into this problem seriously. I experienced that the large corporate chains don’t have the bandwidth to provide a more personalized service. Several times I ended up getting new parts installed that didn’t resolve the actual problem. But that’s exactly what was so different with Import Automotive Repair. The owner listened to me thoroughly and he was willing to test drive and check out the mechanics. Once he identified the problem, he texted me a repair proposal. The problem was fixed within half a day. I am so happy and grateful that they took time to listen and then provided an expert repair job. The car feels like new and drives amazing! I’ll be back in the future and highly recommend this repair shop to anyone who seeks honest and reliable service.

The owner is an honest expert technician who handles BUSINESS. This is a garage that I would strongly recommend to anyone concerned about high quality professional care for their automobile. I received stellar A1 service here for both my Audi Q7 and Mercedes S550. A Top shelf mechanic who you can trust.
